2009 - 10ft Flagstaff Pop-up Camper in perfect condition (model# 206 LDT). Easy to setup (15 minutes), and lightweight (we pull it with our car).Queen Bed, double bed and table folds into 3rd bed. Sleeps 5 adults comfortability. Both Queen and double bed have built in mattress heaters! Lots of storage. 3 Way Refrigerator, gas stove, electric, furnace and 2 way sink (water tank and pump or city water hookup), Gas stove and table can be used inside our out. Has an attached awning. Comes with a few pots and pans, and a fitted sheet for each bed. It requires a 2" ball to pull it. This is the perfect camper!!! **No smoking is allowed in the camper.** **No festivals!!** If you are going camping where there is no electric we also have a medium generator that will run all the utilities of this camper for rent. We also have camping chairs, Medium Water containers with spout,and a travel propane grill for rent.

Terms: $70/Night or $375/week ** I accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.(Effective May 1st, 2012 - Weekly Rentals will run from Thursday-Thursday.)For different weekly needs there will be an extra charge.
Renters assume all liability for damages and must provide proof of an insurance rider one week prior to rental(typically doesn't cost more than $15). Camper will be inspected at the time of taking possession and again when it is returned. Please allow 30 minutes for return inspection. It must be clean when returned or a cleaning charge of $25 will be deducted from damage deposit. There is a $50 reservation fee that can be applied to the rental. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 2 weeks of the rental date the $50 will be refunded. Pickup/Drop Off times during the week are 8:30am-11:30am or 5:30pm-8:30pm

Other: We will walk through setup and take down with you. Please plan for 1 hour prior to pickup for instructions and inspection. Unit will be fully inspection upon return and any damages will be deducted from the damage deposit.

More than 11 million U.S. households rent storage units to stash overflow belongings. That's 2 billion square feet of storage space or roughly 7 square feet for every man, woman and child.
Why not rent out some of the overflow? At the very least, it would help pay for the storage costs.
