This is one nice rig camp in style with the family, and leave the pulling to me!
Basic cooking utensils included in the camper. Bring your own towels and sheets. Unit is cleaned and sanatized after every use.
No Smoking, no pets, or beer drinking in unit. This is our personal family RV, please treat it as if it's your own when renting. Thank You!

Terms: $120 / day includes pick up and delivery within 40 mile radius of Hill City, MN. $600 a week up to 7 days.
Any additional miles will be charged at a rate of $0.75 / mile. per extra mile incurred for both pick up and delivery. Maximum delivery distance is 75 miles from Hill City, although exceptions can be made depending on my scheduale and what not.
Deposit of half of rental fee due upon reservation. Remaining at time of pick up/ and or use. $400 damage fee deposit due at time of use (Checks). Returned check within 3-5 days or immediately upon inspection or return of the unit.
You may tow camper if properly equipped with fifth wheel hitch, brake set - up, and 7 pin wiring, and proper insurance.
Camper to be left or returned in condition it was in when delivered. 1 - 30lb bottle of propane included in rental! I will take care of tanks when delivered. You are responsible for dumping tanks if towing (free dump station in Hill City!) Deposit returned within 3-5 days after inspection!!
Generator available for extra $10 a day, you supply the gas!

Other: Camper will be set up at campground of your choice. You are responsible for any campground fees incurred. Ask about 4th of July Camping and the Hill City 4th of July Celebration.
